Por ello, WIKA ha dise\u00f1ado para un productor de PBAT un transmisor de proceso modelo IPT-20 con separador de membrana enrasada y una conexi\u00f3n a proceso con extensi\u00f3n de tubo.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El tereftalato de adipato de polibutileno, abreviado PBAT, es un copol\u00edmero del grupo del poli\u00e9ster. Este pl\u00e1stico puede sustituir al polietileno y es completamente biodegradable. El PBAT contribuye as\u00ed a una mayor sostenibilidad. Entre otras cosas, puede utilizarse para fabricar l\u00e1minas de protecci\u00f3n para la agricultura y la jardiner\u00eda, bolsas de compost, bolsas de la compra y productos m\u00e9dicos desechables.<\/p>\n<h2>Monitorizaci\u00f3n de la presi\u00f3n durante la esterificaci\u00f3n y la polimerizaci\u00f3n por fusi\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>Los pasos del proceso de producci\u00f3n incluyen la esterificaci\u00f3n y la polimerizaci\u00f3n en masa. Por este motivo, WIKA ha dise\u00f1ado una unidad de medici\u00f3n compuesta por un IPT-20, un separador de membrana enrasada y extensi\u00f3n de tubo de 200mm de largo. Debido a su longitud, el elemento de conexi\u00f3n act\u00faa como elemento de refrigeraci\u00f3n. De este modo, el instrumento de medici\u00f3n queda protegido contra los efectos adversos causados por las altas temperaturas del proceso. Adem\u00e1s, todo el dise\u00f1o tiene un volumen m\u00ednimo para reducir al m\u00e1ximo los efectos del error de temperatura durante la medici\u00f3n y lograr as\u00ed la mejor precisi\u00f3n posible.<\/p>\n<h2>El pl\u00e1stico es altamente viscoso en los puntos de medici\u00f3n de presi\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>En los puntos de medici\u00f3n del IPT-20, el pl\u00e1stico es altamente viscoso. Por ello, el separador de membrana, en combinaci\u00f3n con el transmisor, se realiza con una membrana enrasada.
