Los man\u00f3metros de membrana ofrecen dos ventajas: estos instrumentos de presi\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica funcionan \u201csin l\u00edquido de transmisi\u00f3n\u00bb, reduciendo el riesgo de contaminaci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s de ofrecer una indicaci\u00f3n fiable incluso en situaciones cr\u00edticas, gracias a su membrana de elevada robustez, ofrecen una excelente resistencia a altas sobrepresiones.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En numerosos procesos farmac\u00e9uticos, se utilizan sistemas de medici\u00f3n con separadores acoplados a man\u00f3metros para controlar la presi\u00f3n del proceso. Un separador de membrana transmite la presi\u00f3n de forma hidr\u00e1ulica mediante un l\u00edquido de transmisi\u00f3n interno. Para garantizar una indicaci\u00f3n precisa, la membrana del separador es m\u00e1s delgada y sensible. Por lo tanto los separadores de membrana son m\u00e1s susceptibles a condiciones de proceso impredecibles (picos de presi\u00f3n, sobrepresiones) y a otras influencias mec\u00e1nicas. Adem\u00e1s, si la membrana del separador se da\u00f1a, el l\u00edquido de transmisi\u00f3n pueda entrar en contacto con el medio y contaminar el fluido del proceso.<\/p>\n<h2>Sin contaminaci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n<p>Los man\u00f3metros de membrana aflorante, eliminan el riesgo de contaminaci\u00f3n, ya que funcionan sin l\u00edquido de transmisi\u00f3n. Su s\u00f3lida membrana transmite la presi\u00f3n, a trav\u00e9s de una varilla de empuje al movimiento indicador. Esta membrana es de dos a cinco veces m\u00e1s gruesa que una membrana de sello separador convencional y por lo tanto resulta m\u00e1s resistente a los impactos inesperados de agentes f\u00edsicos. Todos estos aspectos, han sido implementados en la serie PG43SA de WIKA. Y por este motivo, han sido desarrollados con un di\u00e1metro de membrana de tan solo 35 mm. Gracias a su contorno ondulado especial y al espesor del material, la membrana tiene una exactitud de medici\u00f3n comparable a la de un man\u00f3metro t\u00edpico de proceso, aunque este tendr\u00eda un di\u00e1metro de membrana del doble de tama\u00f1o para el mismo rango de presi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h2>F\u00e1cil de limpiar:<\/h2>\n<p>Todos los instrumentos de la serie PG43SA cumplen con las directrices de dise\u00f1o higi\u00e9nico, seg\u00fan los est\u00e1ndares sanitarios 3-A y certificados por EHEDG (European Hygienic Engineering &amp; Design Group). \u00c9stos son aptos para los procesos de limpieza CIP (limpieza in situ) \/ SIP (esterilizaci\u00f3n in situ) y, como opci\u00f3n existe la versi\u00f3n completa para autoclaves.<\/p>\n\n      <div class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\" style=\"max-width:846px;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blog-stage.wika.cloudpowered.services\/es\/files\/2019\/07\/man\u00f3metro-membrana-para-pared.png\" class=\"local-link\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog-stage.wika.cloudpowered.services\/es\/files\/2019\/07\/man\u00f3metro-membrana-para-pared-838x426.png\" \/><\/a><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Man\u00f3metro con membrana aflorante con conexiones as\u00e9pticas (p.ej. VARIVENT\u00ae, BioControl\u00ae)<\/p><\/div>\n    \n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dos de los modelos (PG43SA-S y PG43SA-D) son man\u00f3metros con conexi\u00f3n a proceso vertical. Sin embargo, el modelo PG43SA-C, lleva la conexi\u00f3n a proceso integrada en la carcasa. Este modelo dispone de un sistema de seguridad integrado cuya patente est\u00e1 en tr\u00e1mites. Incluye una segunda barrera protectora y un sistema de monitorizaci\u00f3n de la membrana.<\/p>\n<p>En caso de producirse una rotura de la membrana, el proceso y el instrumento de medici\u00f3n permanecen aislados de manera segura.
