As 2022 came to an end, several activities demonstrated the generosity of WIKA USA employees.

WIKA USA employees donated more than 4,000 food items in November 2022.
WIKA is a firm believer in improving the communities where we work and live. Social responsibility is so important that we’ve made it one of our seven corporate values. During this past holiday season, employees in the Lawrenceville headquarters and other US locations gave generously to our neighbors in need.

WIKA donated hats and scarves to cancer patients.
Hat & Scarf Drive
People undergoing cancer treatments often lose their hair. To help patients feel better about their appearance, WIKA USA employees donated hats and silk scarves to the Atlanta-based Georgia Cancer Specialists. The final count was 576 brand-new items – five times the amount collected in 2021!

We again partnered with Gwinnett County CASA (Court Appointed Child Advocates) in December to help brighten some kids’ holiday. As part of CASA’s annual Angel Tree initiative, WIKA sponsored 62 children under state custody – 47 in Georgia and 15 in Texas – and bought all the presents on their Christmas wishlists.

The employees in Lawrenceville bought gifts for children under Georgia’s foster care system. (click to enlarge)
No matter the city, no matter the country, WIKA appreciates the support we receive from our neighbors. And in turn, we strive to serve our communities and make them a better and happier place.
